活性炭负载Fe/Ni电Fenton法催化氧化印染废水 被引量:9

摘要 文章采用非均相电Fenton氧化法对印染废水进行处理,以活性炭为载体,采用沉淀法制备活性炭负载Fe/Ni催化剂。对催化剂的制备条件进行优化,并在最佳制备条件下对催化剂进行了SEM、EDX、BET表征,确定了最佳Fe/Ni比为4∶1,焙烧温度为300℃,焙烧时间为4 h。将填充有该负载Fe/Ni催化剂的活性炭的阳极篮作阳极,不锈钢片作阴极,以印染废水的COD去除率为评价对象,通过对印染废水进行电Fenton法催化氧化处理,得到在上述条件下制备的催化剂对印染废水COD去除率可达91.2%。 In this paper, heterogeneous electro-Fenton oxidation was used to treating dyeing wastewater, iron and nickel oxidate catalysts loaded on activated carbon were prepared by precipitation method.the manufacture condition of catalysts was optimized, The prepared catalyst was characterized by SEM, BET, XRD, XPS under optimal conditions, Experiments show that the ratio of iron and nickel was 4∶1, the calcination temperature was 300 ℃, the calcination time was 4 h.We sat the anode basket which was full of the above-mentioned activated carbon as anode, and the stainless steel sheet as cathode, the degradation of dyeing wastewater evaluation COD removal efficiency as evaluation criterion, dyeing wastewater was treated by electro-Fenton catalytic oxidation, under the above condition,COD removal efficiency of dyeing wastewater which degradation by the prepared catalyst reached 91.2%.
