农村生态社区概念及评价指标体系

The Concept and Evaluation Indicator System of Rural Ecological Community

农村社区是以农村生态文明建设为主题,旨在改善农村居住环境和提高农村生活质量,运用生态学方法,以系统的环境观来研究相关农村居住环境建设和管理要素,从而实现可持续发展的和谐农村社区环境,是社会主义新农村建设的基础空间和重要支撑。文章详细讨论农村生态社区概念,综述了国内外学者对生态社区概念及评价指标的研究,提出了较为完整的农村生态社区概念和内涵,在国内相关部委已颁布的评价指标和国家标准等文献基础上,构建了一套面向农村生态文明的生态社区评价指标体系。

Rural community, with the theme of ecological civilization in rural area, aims to improve rural living environment and the quality of rural life, using the method of ecology and the system of environmental concept to study the related elements in order to realize the sustainable and harmonious development of rural community, which is the foundation of the construction and important supporting of socialist new countryside. In this paper, it discuss the concept of the rural ecological community in detail, summarize the concept and the evaluation indicators of ecological community domestic and abroad. We put forward a concept about rural ecological community, and based on related literature promulgated by domestic ministries and the national standards, we construct an indicator system of ecological rural community oriented rural ecological civilization.
