摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,城市碳排放量急剧增加,已成为城市中不可忽视的环境问题。社区作为城乡居民生活的基本单元,是建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的基础载体。推行低碳社区建设是探索新型城镇化道路,加强低碳社会建设,倡导低碳生活方式,推动社区低碳化发展的重要途径。该文以厦门市思明和湖里区97个社区居委会为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方法,主要针对社区内建筑、能源、交通、水资源利用、固体废弃物处理,以及低碳生活的宣传和管理等问题进行问卷调查。并采用统计方法对问卷调查结果进行了数据分析,在此基础上针对厦门低碳社区建设现状以及现阶段存在的问题提出了有针对性的建议。
Urban carbon emissions has become an environmental problem that cannot be ignored, with the acceleration of urbanization process. Community is the basis for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, as the basic unit of life of urban and rural residents. The implementation of low carbon community construction is an important way of explore the new type of urbanization, strengthen the low carbon society construction, promote low-carbon lifestyle, and promote the development of low-carbon community. In this paper, we surveyed in 97 communities of Siming district and Huli district in Xiamen City, mainly for the issues of construction, energy, transportation, water resource utilization, solid waste disposal,and the publicity and management of low carbon life in those communities. We analyzed the results of the survey in the method of statistics. We put forward some suggestions for the development of low carbon community for Xiamen low carbon community construction.
