咸宁市城镇污水处理厂污泥处理现状及展望

Present Situation and Prospect of Sludge Treatment in Xianning City Urban Sewage Treatment Plant

污泥处理处置既是污水处理的重要环节,也是衡量污水处理成效的重要内容。随着城镇污水处理厂相继建成并投入运营,污水进水浓度和负荷率不断提高,污水处理厂的污泥产量也急剧增加。目前,咸宁各地在污水处理过程中普遍存在"重水轻泥"现象,大多数污泥以直接填埋为主,污泥处理处置规划滞后、配套政策不完善、技术定位不准确和处理处置部门责任不清、监管缺位等问题十分突出,由此引起的二次环境污染问题已不容忽视,不但降低了污水处理的减排效果,而且将会对我市生态环境构成威胁。该文从国家对污泥处理的要求、咸宁城镇污水处理厂污泥处理现状、存在的问题入手,结合咸宁现有的条件,提出现阶段咸宁城镇污水处理厂污泥处理的建议。

Sludge treatment and disposal is not only an important part of sewage treatment, but also an important content of measuring the sewage treatment effectiveness. With the urban sewage treatment plants(USTPs for shot) have been built and put into operation, the sewage influent concentration and load rate continues to increase, and the sludge output from the USTPs increased dramatically. At present, there is a general problem that is 'the treatment of sludge slighter than that of sewage'in the sewage treating process around Xianning city. Most of the sludge are treated by direct landfill. And many proplems are very conspicuous, such as the lag planning of sludge treatment and disposal, imperfection of supporting policies, inaccuracy of positioning technology, imprecision of departmental responsibility, vacancy of supervision. So the resulting secondary environmental pollution problems can not be ignored. That not only reduces the emission mitigation effects of sewage treatment, but also will threat eco-environment of Xianning city. Combined with the present situation of Xianning, embarking from the national demand of sludge treatment and the sludge treatment status and problems, the present sludge treatment suggestion of Xianning USTPs is proposed in this paper.
