增塑剂DEHP生物毒性及控制策略的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)因其优良的可塑性、相容性、耐久性被广泛应用于生产和生活中。目前,DEHP已在大气、水、土壤及动植物体内被不同程度地检出,因而其潜在风险也逐渐引起研究者的广泛关注。文章从生殖毒性、肝脏毒性、神经毒性、免疫毒性等方面综述了DEHP的生物毒性并探讨了可能的致毒机制。其次,深入探讨了吸附分离、高级氧化、生物降解及环保型DEHP替代品的研发等降低环境中DEHP的控制策略。最后,指出了目前研究存在的主要问题及未来的发展方向。将为进一步完善DEHP的毒理学机制以及发展经济高效的DEHP去除方法奠定理论基础。 The di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) is widely used in industry and life due to its excellent properties, such as plasticity, compatibility and durability. Currently, DEHP has been found in air, water and soil, even in plants and animals,which draws much attention to its potential risk. Herein, the biological toxicity of DEHP in views of reproductive toxicity,hepatotoxicity, neurotoxicity and immunotoxicity are summarized, as well as the possible underlying mechanisms. Moreover,the strategies to reduce DEHP in the environment, such as adsorption, advanced oxidation, biodegradation, and development of alternative products of DEHP, are also discussed. Finally, the main problems of current studies and future developments are documented. The results of this review can provide a theoretical basis for further revealing toxicity mechanism of DEHP and developing economical and effective methods of DEHP removal.
