鄂州市大气环境质量分析及污染防治对策探讨

The Analysis of Air Environmental Quality and Discussion on Countermeasure of Pollution Prevention in Ezhou City

该文以湖北省鄂州市市区大气环境监测数据为依据,对"十二五"期间市区的大气环境质量状况及变化趋势进行了分析。结果表明,在"十二五"期间,NO2总体呈现先增后降的趋势,SO2及PM10为先降后增再缓慢下降的趋势。至"十二五"末期,环境空气恶化的趋势得到了缓解。该文还通过分析"十二五"期间环境空气质量影响因素,从总量减排、区域大气污染联防联控、大气污染综合整治、环境监管、市场机制作用等方面提出符合鄂州实际的"十三五"大气环境保护对策,以期环境空气质量得到有效改善。

The article indicates that according to the air environmental monitoring data of Ezhou city during the 12 th FiveYear, the air environment quality and variation trend are analyzed. The results showed that during the 12 th Five-Year, the concentration of NO2 firstly increase and then decrease, the concentration variation tendency of SO2 and PM10drop firstly and then increase,gradually decrease in final. At the end of the 12 th Five-Year, the air pollution has been alleviated. In addition,according to analysis of the factors influenced on atmospheric environment, the countermeasures for the air environmental pro-tection in Ezhou city during the 13 th Five-Year are suggested from reducing discharge quantity of major air pollutants,joint prevention and control of regional air pollution,countermeasures of synthetic treatment program on air pollution, environment supervising and the market mechanism,in order to improve the air environment quality effectively.
