湖北省汽车表面涂装行业苯系物污染特征 被引量:1

Pollution Characteristics of Benzene Series Compounds for Surface Coating of Automobile Manufacturing Industry in Hubei Province

摘要 在湖北省选取了6家汽车表面涂装企业,利用GCMS分析测试了22个污染源采样点废气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、三甲苯和乙苯的含量,并对其中4家企业的厂界环境空气进行采样分析。结果表明:22个采样点废气中二甲苯和乙苯是苯系物中的主要物质成分,大部分点位二甲苯含量占比约在40%左右,乙苯含量则约在25%左右。苯含量最低,除一个点位偏高外,其他点位苯含量在苯系物中的占比均少于3%。以上海的地方排放标准为参考,22个采样点中1个采样点苯超标、3个采样点甲苯超标和1个采样点苯系物超标,无组织排放一个企业的二甲苯超标。 Six automobile surface coating enterprises in Hubei Province were investigated. The content of benzene, toluene,xylene, trimethylbenzene and ethyl benzene in exhaust from 22 pollution sample points were analyzed and tested by GC-MS.The ambient air in four companies was sampled and analyzed as backgrounds. The results showed that Xylene and ethylben-zene were the main components in benzenes series. And the content of Xylene and ethylbenzene in benzenes series were as high as 40% and 25%, respectively. Except for a sampling point, the concentration of benzene was the lowest in benzenes se-ries, even the proportion of which was less than 3% in average. According to the local emission standards of Shanghai, in the22 sampling points, there was one sampling site that the benzene was discharged beyond standard, and three sampling points that toluene was emitted exceed standard. What’s more, the emission of benzene series at one site was over proof. In addition,the unorganized emissions of xylene in one factory was also exceed.
