摘要
文章分析了秦皇岛市在"十二五"期间能源消费总量及单耗的具体情况,总结了能源消费的结构特点、技术特点及今后节能工作面临的形势。根据模型,对秦皇岛市"十三五"期间的能源需求进行了预测,并对三大产业能源利用形式及能源利用比例进行了分析,结果显示,2020年秦皇岛市地区生产总值、能源消耗总量及单位GDP能耗值分别为1 800.91亿元、1 228.69万t标煤和0.68 t标煤/万元。通过对测算结果的分析,提出了推进三次产业结构调整、实施工业内部结构与产品结构调整、开展工程技术节能和管理节能等具体对策。
This paper analyzes the overall situation of energy consumption during the 12 th five-year plan in Qinhuangdao,points out the energy consumption structure characteristics, technical characteristics and the situation facing the energy-saving work in the future. According to the model, the energy demand is forecasted during Qinhuangdao City's 13 th Five-Year Plan,and the three forms of energy utilization in industry and energy utilization ratio is analyzed, the results showed that Qin-huangdao GDP, energy consumption and energy consumption per unit GDP value are 180.091 billion yuan respectively, 12.286 9 million tce and 0.68 tce/ten thousand yuan in 2020. Through the analysis of the measured results, puts forward concrete countermeasures as advance three industrial structure adjustment, the implementation of industrial structure and product struc-ture adjustment, technology of energy-saving and management of energy-saving, etc.
