白塔堡河流域生物多样性评价研究

The Biodiversity Assessment of the White Pagoda Fort River Basin

生物多样性保护与营建的核心是生物多样性评价研究。文章以白塔堡河流域为评价单元,基于PSR逻辑框架,构建生物多样性评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)对评价指标体系内的指标赋予权重,采用专家打分法对评价指标进行评价,加权求和计算白塔堡河流域生物多样性评价指数(BEI)。结果表明,白塔堡河流域生物多样性评价指数为31,按照生物多样性评价状况标准,白塔堡河流域总体上属于良性状态,比较分析压力指标、状态指标和响应指标各部分分值,其中,状态指标分值较压力指标和响应指标的分值低,说明流域内生物多样性仍然存在一定问题,有必要从技术和保障两方面开展白塔堡河流域生物多样性营建对策研究。

The biodiversity assessment is the core of protection and construction for biodiversity. Based on the white pagoda fort river basin of the evaluation unit, based on PSR logic framework, construct evaluation index system of biodiversity, use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) giving weights to evaluation index,use expert scoring method to evaluation index, calcu-lation the biodiversity assessment index(BEI) of the white pagoda fort river basin. The results show that the white pagoda fort river basin biodiversity assessment index of 31, according to the biodiversity status evaluation standard, The white pagoda fort river, on the whole, is a state of benign condition, comparative analysis the pressure index, state index and response index score of each part, among them, the state index score was lower than those of pressure index and response index score, this situation is meaning the white pagoda fort river basin biodiversity still has certain problem, it is necessary from the two as-pects of technology and guarantee to carry out biodiversity construction countermeasures of the white pagoda fort river basin.
