摘要
采用吸附-絮凝法处理亚甲基蓝模拟废水,以稻壳为吸附剂,优化了吸附的最佳条件,筛选了絮凝剂,并探讨了吸附-絮凝法处理亚甲基蓝模拟废水时,NX-A7阴离子絮凝剂加入时间对亚甲基蓝去除效果的影响。试验结果表明:稻壳用量为0.8 g,亚甲基蓝模拟废水浓度为100 mg/L,反应温度25℃,振荡速度为200 r/min条件下,吸附处理100 min时加入NX-A7阴离子絮凝剂,继续处理20min,亚甲基蓝去除率可达94.7%。用吸附-絮凝法处理高浓度亚甲基蓝模拟废水时,亚甲基蓝去除率大于单吸附和单絮凝之和,可以达到"1+1>2"的效果。
Adsorption-flocculation method was used to process simulated wastewater of methylene blue.Rice husk was applied as adsorbent and the adsorption conditions has been optimized.The flocculant was screened and the effect of the addition time of NX-A7 anionic flocculant on the removal efficiency of methylene blue was studied in the treatment of simulated wastewater of methylene blue by adsorption-flocculation method.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:rice husk 0.8 g,methylene blue 100 mg/L,temperature 25℃,vibration speed 200 r/min,flocculant input at the 100min and continue processing for 20 minutes.The removal rate of MB was 94.7%.The removal rate of methylene blue was larger than that of adsorption and flocculation,and the effect of'1+1>2'can be achieved when treating the simulated wastewater with high concentration methylene blue by adsorption-flocculation method.
