摘要
综述了中国餐厨垃圾特点、现状及当前餐厨垃圾处理技术(饲料化、肥料化、厌氧发酵和焚烧)的原理、工艺流程、技术特点等。通过技术分析、经济分析对比饲料化、肥料化、厌氧发酵和焚烧4种处理工艺。结果表明:焚烧工艺从技术、经济效益等方面均是一项值得研发和推广的餐厨垃圾处理技术,可有效解决餐厨垃圾的无害化、减量化、资源化处理的难题,且具有极佳的经济效益。
Characteristics and present situation of Chinese food waste,principle,process flow,technical features of 4 kinds of main food waste treatment technologies(producing fodder,producing fertilizer,anaerobic digestion,incineration) are summarized in this paper.4 kinds of main food waste treatment technologies are contrastive analyzed by the method of technical analysis and economic analysis.Conclusion:The technology of incineration is worthy developing and promoting from the point of technology and economic benefits,it can effectively solve the food waste problem,and it has good economic benefit.
