国内污泥成分特性的研究进展

Research Progress of Composition and Characteristics of Sludge in China

污泥是污水处理后的产物,当前中国污水处理领域存在"重水轻泥"现象,使得污泥对生态环境存在二次污染危险。不同来源的污泥具有不同的成分和特性,文章综述了污泥的分类特点和主要污泥类型的成分特性。按照污泥的不同来源可将其分为市政污泥和工业污泥2类,工业污泥中电镀污泥、冶金钢铁污泥、纺织印染污泥、化工污泥和造纸污泥具有成分复杂、毒害物质含量高、来源广泛、产量较大等特点。目前,污泥的传统处置方式之外出现了一些新的处置技术,污泥的资源化处置利用是当前的重点发展方向。

The sludge is the product of sewage treatment,but 'taking higly of sewage insetad of sludge' phenomenon exists widely in our country,which brings a risk of secondary pollution on the ecological environment.Sludge from different sources showsdifferent composition and the component characteristics.Classification and properties of the main types of sludge are reviewed.Sludge can be divided into two typesaccording to different sources:municipal sludge and industrial one.Industrial sludge including electroplating sludge,steel metallurgy sludge,textile printing dyeing sludge,chemical sludge,and paper sludge possess characteristics such as complex composition,high content of toxic substances,wide variety of sources,and larger yield.Currently,novel sludge disposal technologies have been promoted aside from the traditional ones,and resource utilization and disposal of sludge are the current focus of development.
