摘要
水中氨氮测定有多种分析方法,但是最经典、最简单实用的方法是纳氏试剂分光光度法。重点归纳总结了近年来纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水中氨氮分析方法的研究进展,内容主要包括:纳氏试剂的制备方法,显色条件(碱度、温度、时间)、实验空白控制、曲线绘制方式、水样处理技术(保存时间、稀释方法、吸收液种类、流出液体积)等对测定结果的影响,同时提出了今后的研究发展方向,为分析工作者开展水中氨氮检测提供借鉴。
The determination of ammonia nitrogen in water has a variety of analytical methods,but the most classical,the most simple and practical method is Nessler reagent spectrophotometric.The progresses in recent years on the Nessler reagent spectrophotometric method of ammonia nitrogen in water were reviewed,mainly including:preparing Nessler reagent,chromogenic conditions(alkalinity,temperature and time),the blank control,curve drawing way,water treatment technology(placing time,dilution method,kinds of absorbing liquid,outflow liquid volume)effect on the determination results,and proposed future direction of research and development,for the analysis of workers detected ammonia nitrogen in water to provide reference.
