摘要
由于经济规模迅速扩大,资源和环境代价越来越大,资源紧缺日趋显著,环境压力与日俱增。这使得节能减排工作意义日渐突出,先进的节能减排技术的应用越来越重要。该文结合"辽宁省重点节能减排技术数据库"中冶金、建筑、制药等领域的典型减排技术的技术特点,基于SMART原则构建减排技术评价指标体系;采用等标污染负荷法和归一化方法对技术数据进行预处理和标准化处理,采用信息熵模型和未确知测度模型对个减排技术进行综合评价,为减排技术的评价提供了依据。
Due to the rapid expansion of economic scale,resources and environmental costs of growing scarcity of resources is becoming increasingly significant,growing environmental pressures.This makes the significance of energy conservation and emission reduction work more important.This paper combine the SMART principles and the characteristics of technologies,evaluation index system of emission reduction technology was established,then normalization processing was made for the index system,the information entropy algorithm and unascertained measure modelwas adopted to get comprehensive evaluation value.
