摘要
在国家《环境功能区划编制技术指南(试行)》的基础上,结合湖北省实际情况,试点开展省级环境功能区划分,建立由3个1级指标、9个2级指标、23个3级指标、65个4级指标构成的环境功能综合评价指标体系。根据评价识别结果,将全省划分为自然生态保留区、生态功能保育区、食物环境安全保障区、聚居环境维护区、资源开发环境引导区等五大基本类型,并进一步划分出21个亚区,最终确定湖北省环境功能区划的基本界线。
On the basis of the National Technical Guideline for Environmental Function Zoning(trial),analyzing with the actual situation in Hubei province,we established a comprehensive index system,which consisted of 3 primary indexes,9 secondary indexes,23 tertiary indexes and 65 quaternary indexes.According to the results,Hubei province was divided into five basic types natural ecological reserves were ecological function breed zone,food and environmental security maintenance zone,gathering residents environment maintenance zone and resource development environment and guide zone,respectively.We further divided Hubei province into 21 sub regions to determine the basic boundary of environmental functional regionalization of Hubei province.
