摘要
通过饮料废水研究了自制聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂铝铁硅不同配比对其絮凝性能的影响,结果表明铝铁与硅比、铝铁比对聚硅酸铝铁絮凝性能都有着显著影响,其中铝铁与硅比对絮凝性能的影响是主要因素。铝元素含量过高(铝/铁>6)以及铝铁含量过高(铝铁/硅>5)会降低絮凝剂絮凝性能。处理饮料废水,其最佳配比为铝铁与硅比为1,铝铁比为2。
The flocculation effect of polysilicate aluminum ferric with different ratio on beverage wastewater was studied.The results show that the ratio of aluminum iron and silicon,the ratio of aluminum and iron of polysilicate aluminum ferric have a significant effect to its flocculation performance,including the influence of the ratio of iron aluminum to silicon is the main factors for flocculation performance.The high content of aluminum(Al/Fe >6) and the high aluminum iron content(Al Fe/Si >5) will reduce the flocculation performance of polysilicate aluminum ferric.the optimum proportion of iron aluminum and silicon ratio was 1 aluminum to iron 2,for beverage wastewater treatment
