摘要
该文以调质黄磷渣为原料,采用自制实验室适用的小型化四辊离心机生产矿渣棉。实验通过研究原辅料配料配比、熔融温度、离心机转数、放料速度等因素对黄磷渣制取矿渣棉的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:粉煤灰投配比为10%,离心机转速4 500 r/min,熔融温1 550℃,放料时间30 s,制取的矿渣棉的平均直径≤0.7μm,可以满足《绝热用岩棉、矿渣棉及其制品》(GB/T11835-2007)要求,优于钢渣制取的矿渣棉。以熔融态的黄磷渣原位制取矿渣棉,可以充分利用熔融态黄磷渣中的显热,节省大量的能耗,为黄磷渣高附加值的利用提供了一个新的途径,从源头上控制黄磷渣对周边环境造成的污染,具有较好的环境与经济效益。
This study adopted the conditioning yellow phosphorus slag as raw material,to which realized by the miniaturization of the four roller centrifuge laboratory to product slag cotton.The effects of raw materials ratio of ingredients,melting temperature,centrifuge speed,feeding speed and other factors on the slag cotton production of yellow phosphorus slag,were explored to determine the optimum conditions,including that fly ash ratio was 10 %,the speed of the centrifuge was4 500 r/min,the melting temperature of 1 550 ℃,the discharge time of 30 s.The average diameter of slag cotton produce under the optimal conditions is no more than 0.7 μm with correcting to the requirements of《Rock Wool,Mineral Wool and its Products》(GB/T 11835-2007) ,which is better than that of slag wool production of steel slag.The molten slag of yellow phosphorus slag in situ preparation of cotton was significance helpful for making full use of the sensible heat in the molten state of yellow phosphorus slag and save unnecessary energy,providing a new way of utilizing high added value for yellow phosphorus slag.Meanwhile,it was beneficial to the environment and economic that avoided the pollutions by the source control of yellow phosphorus slag for the surroundings.
