钢铁企业副产煤气中硫化物的测定 被引量:6

摘要 使用气相色谱-硫发光检测器测定钢铁企业副产煤气中的12种硫化物,同时使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对煤气中其他含硫化合物进行筛查。2016年6-8月对上海某钢铁企业副产煤气进行检测,结果表明该厂高炉煤气中总含硫化物浓度在89.4~170 mg/m3,检出硫化氢和羰基硫;焦炉煤气中总含硫化物浓度在95.1~354 mg/m3,主要为二硫化碳和羰基硫;转炉煤气总含硫化物浓度在1.31~48.1 mg/m3,以羰基硫为主。 Twelve sulfur compounds in by-product gas were determined by GC-SCD and other sulfur compounds in gas were screened by GC-MS.The results of by-product gas test in iron and steel enterprise in Shanghai from July to August in2016 showed the concentration of sulfur compounds in blast furnace gasranged from 89.4 to 170 mg/m3,while the number in coal oven gas and converter gas were 95.1~354 mg/m3 and 1.31~48.1 mg/m3 respectively.H2 S and COS were detected in blast furnace gas,while CS2 and COS were the main pollutants in coal oven gas.The concentration in sulfur compounds in converter gas were less than the others and COS was the main sulfur compound.
