The Ecological Impacts and Solutions of Reinforcement Project in Xige Dam Detention Basin on Longgan Lake Natural Conservation Area

华阳河蓄滞洪区西隔堤加固工程,对缓解长江中、下游严竣防洪形势及减少洪水灾害起着十分重要的作用,工程在施工过程中,会对保护区内主要保护目标、野生动植物多样性、自然景观、等产生一定影响,以及可能产生血吸虫病害等环境风险,针对上述影响,应采取避免、减缓、恢复和补偿、环境管理等保护措施,尽量减少对保护区和保护对象的不利影响。

The reinforcement project in Xige Dam detention basin of Huayang River,to relieve the serious flood control situation of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river and the reduction of flood disasters plays a very important role,in the middle of the construction process,it might have an impact to conservation areas of vegetation and wildlife diversity,natural scenery,and brings plant diseases and insect pests of environmental risk such as Schistosomiasis harm,based on this condition,it should be taken to avoid,slow,recovery and compensation,management,etc.,to minimize the adverse impacts on the reserves and protect object.
