隐患视角下海岸带生态安全及其评估框架研究

Coastal Ecological Security and Assessment Methodology Framework Based on Danger Factors

海岸带作为海陆交互作用最剧烈,人地矛盾最突出的区域之一,目前正遭受包括人类活动、污染排放、自然灾害等众多潜在威胁,海岸带生态安全形势日益严峻。为保证未来海岸带可持续发展,文章在深入分析海岸带复合生态系统的特点和中国海岸带生态安全问题的基础上,从隐患视角对海岸带生态安全概念及内涵进行深层认识和理解,并提出包括海岸带生态系统健康状态和海岸带安全隐患灾变的"状态-隐患"评估方法框架和指标体系,以期为开展海岸带生态安全动态演变过程、趋势和风险研究提供方法依据,并为海岸带生态安全学科理论体系的深入研究打下基础。

As the most intense area between the sea and land interaction,one of the most prominent contradiction between human and land area,coastal zone is suffering including human activities,natural disasters,pollution and so on the threat of danger factors,the coastal zone of ecological security situation is becoming more and more serious.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the coastal zone in the future,the article makes thorough analysis on the characteristics of the coastal zone compound ecosystem and ecological security problems.Then,from the perspective of hidden danger to make deep understand about the coastal zone concept and connotation of ecological security.Meantime,based on the above research to put forward the state-hidden danger evaluation method framework and index system of coastal zone ecological security in-cluding coastal zone ecosystem health status and coastal zone security disaster.In order to provide theoretical basis and method for carrying out the dynamic evolution process,trend and risk research as well as provide foundation for the deep re-search on the discipline theory system of coastal zone ecological security.
