大气颗粒物检测技术专利分析

摘要 大气颗粒物检测技术是对大气颗粒物的浓度、粒径、化学成分等参数进行检测的一类技术的总称。为了清晰展现现有大气颗粒物检测技术的竞争格局和发展趋势,从专利检索S系统的VEN专利数据库以及Patentics专利检索系统中提取了相关专利文献为研究对象,分别从专利申请量的时域分布、地域分布以及申请人与发明人分布三方面研究了全球大气颗粒物检测技术的专利布局情况。此外,还采用了三重指标:被引证次数15次以上,每年被引证次数1.5次以上,权利要求30项以上,来确定核心专利,以提高核心专利的查全性。对核心专利的技术概要进行了介绍。在此基础上,进一步借助引证分析和语义关联分析方法分析了大气颗粒物检测领域的技术发展路线。 Techniques for detecting airborne particulate matter includes the concentration detection,size detection,and detection of chemical composition.In order to clarify the competition landscape and development trends of the current techniques for detecting airborne particulate matter,related patents are retrieved from the VEN patent database of the patent search S system and the Patentics patent search system,and are analyzed to obtain the temporal distributions,geographical distributions,applicant distributions,and inventor distributions of patent application quantity,so as to study the global patent landscape of airborne particulate matter detection techniques.In addition,three indices:cited times more than 15 times,cited times per year more than 1.5 times,and number of claims more than 30,are used to determine core patents in order to avoid missing any core patent.The technical outline of the core patents are introduced.Based on the core patents,the technical route of the airborne particle detection techniques is analyzed by using citation analysis and semantic correlation analysis.
