摘要 为了有效预防和控制长江航道整治施工造成突发溢油环境风险,该文以鲤鱼山水道航道整治工程为例,通过"油粒子"溢油模型,模拟不同气象条件下,施工期发生60 t燃油泄漏的油膜漂移轨迹,评价溢油事故的影响范围、程度及对敏感目标的危害。该文目的旨在为制定风险防范预防措施及应急预案,提高航道施工环境风险管理应急能力,减少环境危害提供科学依据。 In order to effectively prevent and control emergency environmental risk of oil spill caused by the Yangtze channel regulation construction,the Liyushan waterway is taken as an the example in this paper.By oil particles model,the trajectory of oil film under different meteorological conditions is simulated when 60 t fuel oil spill.During the construction,then we evaluate the impact of oil spill range,degree and the harm to protect targets.The purpose of this paper is to provide a scientific basis for making risk prevention measures and emergency plans,improving channel construction management capacity of environment emergency risk,and reducing environmental harm.
