摘要
采用动态水热法制备出了含氟硅酸钙粉体。磷酸盐改性后得到含氟羟基磷灰石(FHAs)吸附材料。采用SEM、BET等手段对吸附材料的形貌和比表面积进行了表征;通过静态吸附实验探究了溶液pH、初始离子浓度、温度和吸附时间等因素对材料吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程;氟羟基磷灰石对污水中Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)重金属离子具有高效的吸附能力,吸附量分别可达112.5 mg/g和95.3 mg/g,重金属离子去除率均高达99.6%。
The flour(calcium silicate) powder was prepared by dynamic hydrothermal method, and the adsorbent flour-hy-droxyapatite was obtained using phosphate as modifier. The morphology and specific surface area of the samples were char-acterized by means of SEM and BET, and the effects of solution p H, initial ions concentration, temperature and adsorption time on the process were investigated by static adsorption experiments. Results showed that the adsorption process appeared to follow the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Flour-hydroxyapatite exhibits excellent adsorbability for Pb^(2+)and Cd^(2+)in solution with the adsorption amount up to 112.5 mg/g and 95.3 mg/g, respectively. The removal rate of heavy metals up to99.6% was obtained after adsorption.
