摘要
基于MIKE21 SA模块,结合长江中游鲤鱼山河段气候、水文条件,模拟了丰水期和枯水期在常风向NE风条件下,150 t燃料油泄漏事故造成的油膜漂移和扩散过程。结果表明在NE风影响下,丰水期和枯水期油膜都沿河道右岸水域漂移,会对瑞昌市四大家鱼原种场长江捞苗区水域和码头镇水厂取水口造成一定的污染,武穴市第一水厂和武穴市第二水厂取水口水域基本不受影响。丰水期和枯水期油膜漂移速度、油膜面积和油膜厚度等特征存在明显的差异。预测结果可以为不同条件下溢油事故应急响应、灾害评估提供科学决策及支持。
Based on MIKE21 SA module, the oil film drift and diffusion process of 60 t fuel oil leakage accidentsin Liyushan channel of the middle Yangtze River were simulated,under the local climatic and hydrological conditions in wet and dry periods.The results show that under the influence of NE wind, the oil film is drifting along the right bank of the river channel, which will pollute the water of the Ruichangfour fish farms in the Yangtze River fishing area and the water intake of the waterworks in Matou town, in the wet season and the dry season. However, the water intakes of the first waterworks and the second waterworks of Wuxue City are barely affected.There were significant differences in the drift velocity, area and thickness of oil film during the wet and dry periods. The forecast results can provide scientific decision and support for emer-gency response and disaster assessment of oil spill under different conditions.
