基于生态足迹的低碳校园研究:以广东环境保护工程职业学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 建设绿色低碳校园是践行十九大中推进绿色发展的重要组成部分,也是当前各高校在规划建设中需要考虑的重要因素。如何测度和评价高校的绿色发展程度和低碳水平是重点也是难点。生态足迹模型是测度可持续发展的一种有效方法,对可:持续和低碳校园研究具有一定理论和方法的借鉴意义。该研究运用生态足迹的模型,以广东环境保护工程职业学院为例测算了其能源消耗、交通、食物、纸张等日常生态足迹,结果表明广东环境保护工程职业学院生态足迹为4 200.51 hm^2,生态效率为1.61人/hm^2,生态足迹构成中比重最大的是食物,约占2/3。进一步将测算结果与国内高校进行对比分析表明,广东环境保护工程职业学院生态足迹和生态效率居中。从生态足迹的角度分析,规划建设低碳校园应该从减少食物消费和能源消耗方面着手。 Buliding a green and low-carbon campus is an important part of promoting green development in practicing the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Meanwhile, it is also the key factor for universty construction. And how to measure and evaluate the low carbon campus was the hot and difficult problem in the in the planning of colleges and universities. Using primary survey data, the authors used the eco-footprint model as a tool to measure separate aspects of eco-footprint, i.e., traffic, energy, and daily life of students and faculty members of Guangdong Polytechnic of Environmental Protection Engineering. Through comparison analysis of domestic universities, it could be concluded that the total carbon emission level of Guangdong Polytechnic of Environmental Protection Engineering is relatively high of 4 200.51 hm2, ecological efficiency is 1.61 people per hm2. As to the emission structure, food aspect takes a major part while traffic and daily life take a minor part. Some suggestions are provided to reduce the eco-footprint of Guangdong Polytechnic of Environmental Protection Engineering, including(1) optimizing the structure of the campus space and reasonable arrangements for land use functions,(2)promoting energy conservation and improving resource efficiency, and(3)advocating the concept of green building and increasing carbon absorption in campus, and(4)strengthening consciousness of energy conservation and promoting low carbon campus culture.
