摘要
伴随着中国可持续发展战略的制定和实施,节能减排已经成为了其经济社会发展的主线之一。与钢铁、有色金属行业等高耗能的行业相比,污水处理系统的能耗因其相对较低,被人们长期忽视,但实际上污水处理也属于能耗密集型行业。针对近几年污水厂节能降耗的发展现状,综述了近几十年国内污水厂节能降耗的研究进展。探讨污水处理系统生化池不同的曝气设备、控制方式及提升泵的节能途径,提出污水处理节能降耗的主要发展方向,而一些新工艺如好氧颗粒污泥、厌氧氨氧化脱氮、短程硝化反硝化、基于在线营养盐控制的曝气控制技术等都给污水处理提供了新思想。结合国内外研究动态,提出中国开展污水处理节能降耗研究的必要性和紧迫性。
With the development and implementation of China's sustainable development strategy, energy-saving emission reduction has become one of the main lines of China's economic and social development. Compared with the high energy-consuming industries such as steel and nonferrous metals, the energy consumption of the sewage treatment system is relatively low and is neglected for a long time. In fact, the sewage treatment is also an energy-intensive industry. Aiming at the devel-opment status of energy saving and consumption reduction in recent years, this paper summarizes the research progress of en-ergy saving and consumption reduction in domestic sewage plants in recent decades. This paper discusses the different aera-tion equipment, the control way and the energy saving way of the pump in the sewage treatment system, and puts forward the main development direction of the energy saving and consumption reduction of the sewage treatment. Some new processes,such as aerobic granular sludge(AGS), anaerobic ammonium oxidation(Anammox), short-cut nitrification and denitrification(Sharon), based on the on-line nutrient control of aeration control technology, also provide a new idea of sewage treatment.Combined with domestic and foreign treatment trends, the research progress put forward to the necessity and urgency of ener-gy saving in China's sewage treatment.
