摘要
重庆生活垃圾的产生总量已高达600万t/a以上,而且持续按9%~10%的增长速度在增加,因此减量刻不容缓。文章侧重分析了重庆现有的生活垃圾末端处理技术,提出应提高生活垃圾焚烧处理量的占比,应推广垃圾焚烧发电以及水泥窑协同处置技术。水泥窑协同处置技术成本相对更低,处理效果良好。另外,生活垃圾减量应从源头减量、垃圾分类、资源化利用及末端治理等诸多方面协调推进。
The amount of domestic wastes produced in Chongqing has reached over 6 million tons per year and is still growing at a rate of 9% ~10%, and the decrement of domestic wastes is imminent. Based on the analysis of the domestic wastes disposal technologies in Chongqing, the paper proposes that the proportion of wastes incineration capacity should be increased and the co-processing technologies of wastes in cement kilns should be promoted. The cost of co-processing technologies of wastes in cement kilns is relatively lower, and the wastes treatment works well. In addition, the wastes reduction should be coordinated with the source reduction, garbage classification, resource utilization and terminal disposal technology.
