环太湖4种养殖水产品中氟甲喹的残留量

摘要 随着水产养殖业的快速发展,抗生素在水产品中的残留问题已经引起人们的广泛关注。该文建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产品中氟甲喹残留的方法,该方法提取过程步骤简单,易于操作,灵敏度和精确度高,满足对水产品检测的要求。通过检测,结果表明:环太湖养殖水产品中氟甲喹的含量为ND(未检出)~3.735 5μg/kg,检出率为16.38%。从时间分析,8月份所检出氟甲喹残留样品最多;从地区分析,宜兴地区水产品中氟甲喹的残留量略高于其他地区;从品种分析,团头鲂体内氟甲喹含量相对较高。基于风险熵评价水产品中氟甲喹的残留风险,表明食用这些水产品不会给人体健康带来风险。研究结果为环太湖流域规模化养殖的安全用药提供科学指导,同时为合理指导水产品的消费提供一定帮助。 The residual antibiotics have caused public concerns with the rapid development of aquaculture. A ultra perfomance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS) method was presented for the determination of flumequine residue in aquatic products. This method achieved analysis of flumequine residue which were rapid, easy and accurate. The results showed that flumequine content ranged from ND ~3.735 5 μg/kg and the sample detection rate was16.38%. The content of flumequine in Yixing was significantly higher than that of other location. From the time analysis, the most samples of flumequine residue in August. The content of flumequine in bream was relatively high. Human health risk assessment based on potential fish consumption indicated that residues of flumequine in these aquatic products do not pose risks to consumers' health. This survey provided a basis for rational consumption of aquatic products.
