重庆市CO_2捕集利用与封存技术发展路线图

摘要 重庆作为中国西南地区唯一直辖市,同时也是第一批低碳试点省市,在高速发展经济的同时面临着巨大的减排压力,能源消费总量由2000年的2 411万t标准煤增加到2014年的7 694万t标准煤,15年内年均增长率为8.64%。通过调查发现:重庆市2014年不同行业CO_2年排放量大于0.1 Mt的集中排放源共41个,年排放总量为57.27 Mt,其中水泥行业排放量比重最大,为56.6%,这也是重庆的特色所在;重庆市CCUS减排潜力总量为17.74亿t,其中枯竭气田封存潜力最大,达9.38亿t。综合重庆市目前的碳排放及CO_2封存容量情况,初步制定重庆市CCUS技术发展路线图,总体愿景是到2030年,实现水泥、火电行业排放CO_2在天然气田的商业化应用,为重庆应对气候变化提供技术可行和经济可承受的技术选择。 Chongqing is the only municipality in Southwest China, and it is also the first batch of low-carbon pilot cities.Chongqing is facing significant pressure to reduce CO_2 emissions with the rapid development of economy. The total energy consumption had reached to 7 694 tce in 2014 from 2 411 tce in 2 000, and the average annual growth rate was about 8.64 %.The number of major CO_2 discharge sources with more than 0.1 Mt is up to 41 in Chongqing in 2014 and CO_2 emission of such sources reached 57.27 Mt. Cement industries account for 56.6% of the total emission amount, which is the characteristic of Chongqing. The total mitigation potential is 1.774 billion tons CO_2 in Chongqing and storage in depleted gas field has sufficient potential with 0.938 billion tons CO_2. The technical development roadmap of CCUS is proposed based on the carbon emission and CO_2 mitigation potential in Chongqing. The overall vision is the commercial implementation of the storage of CO_2 emitted from cement industries and thermal power stations in depleted gas field and provides feasible and economically affordable technology to deal with climate problems in Chongqing by 2030.
