武汉市东西湖区工业源VOCs排放格局研究 被引量:1

Study on Emission Pattern of Industrial Source VOCs in Dongxihu District in Wuhan City

摘要 挥发性有机物(VOCs)是主要大气污染源之一,研究工业源VOCs排放量及分布规律可为其污染防治提供重要科学依据。该研究以武汉市东西湖区工业企业为研究对象,通过现场调查和资料收集,调查2015年武汉市东西湖区60家工业企业VOCs排放情况,并对VOCs排放量进行核算。结果表明2015年武汉市东西湖区工业源VOCs排放总量为567.40 t,其中包装印刷业VOCs排放最多,达444.41 t,其次为表面涂装业和家具制造业,其VOCs总排放量分别为91.61 t和31.38 t。表面涂装行业中静电喷涂工艺排放的VOCs最多,包装印刷行业中凹版印刷工艺的VOCs排放最多。武汉市东西湖区工业源VOCs空间上呈现由南向北逐渐递减,由西向东逐渐增多分布格局。调查表明东西湖区大多数工业企业VOCs为无组织排放,直接排放到大气中。同时,根据东西湖区工业源VOCs排放特点提出了VOCs管理措施。 Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are one of the major sources of atmospheric pollution.Study on the emission characteristic and distribution pattern of industrial source VOCs can provide important scientific basis for its pollution control.In this study,by investigation and data collection,survey of VOCs emissions from 60 industries and enterprises were conducted to study the emission characteristic and distribution pattern of industrial source VOCs in Dongxihu District,Wuhan.The results showed that the total emissions of industrial sources VOCs in the study area in 2015 are 567.40 tons.Among them,VOCs total emissions of the packaging printing industries ranked first,followed by the surface coating industries and the furniture manufacturing industries,the emissions were 444.41 tons,91.61 tons and 31.38 tons,respectively.For different production methods,the VOCs emissions of electrostatic spraying process were the most in all production methods of surface coating industry,and the most production method of VOCs emission is gravure printing process in all production methods of the packaging and printing industry.The distribution pattern of industrial source VOCs space in Dongxihu District showed gradually decreasing from south to north,and gradually increasing from west to east.And,our study showed that uncontrollable emission is main emission way.Also,according to the obtained results,we present targeted management measures of industrial source VOCs in the study area.
