一种复合菌剂在生物除臭滤池中的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章构建了复合型除臭菌剂——YDEM-1,考察YDEM-1对生物滤池除臭反应器的启动及NH3、H2S等恶臭物质的去除效果。结果发现:YDEM-1对生物除臭反应器初次启动和二次启动速度快;相比之下,YDEM-1对NH3去除效率高于H2S,如NH3进气浓度为58.9、100.9、165.3、230.3 mg/m3时,去除率达到100%所需空床停留时间分别为12.6、29.6、63.0、100.8 s,而H2S进气浓度为15.7 mg/m3条件下,实现98%以上的去除率,所需停留时间为29.6 s;该反应器适宜含水率范围在25%~50%。该复合型生物滤池反应器具有良好的应用前景。 Start-up and removal effect of odor substances such as NH3 and H2S of biofilter deodorization reactor with compound deodorant-YDEM-1 was studied.Results showed that,YDEM-1 had a fast initial and secondary start-up speed for biodeodorization reactor.In contrast,removal rate of NH3was higher than H2S,when the intake concentration of NH3were58.9,100.9,165.3,230.3 mg/m3,the residence time required for 100%removal rate were 12.6,29.6,63.0,100.8 s respectively,but when the intake concentration of H2S was 15.7 mg/m3,it required the residence time up to 29.6 s to achieve more than 98%removal rate.The appropriate water content of the reactor ranges from 25%to 50%.The composite biofilter reactor has good application prospects.
