摘要
该文使用CALPUFF模式,在考虑广州市人口分布的基础上,计算出均匀分布的大气污染物虚拟点源的人群暴露水平贡献值,并据此发展出新的大气环境红线划定技术,用于识别不宜布设大气污染源的区域(非适建区),为日后规划提供科学参考。计算结果表明,广州白云区东南部出现了全市的人群暴露水平贡献极大值,表明该区域不仅因为气象条件而使得污染物影响范围最广,且受影响区域人口众多,因此最不适宜布设大气污染源。计算结果还显示,考虑人口分布后,非适建区在人口稠密区域面积增大,反之则减少。
Using CALPUFF model,basing on the population contribution of Guangzhou City,this research calculated the community exposure contribution of the atmospheric gridded virtual point-sources,and developed a new methodology to determine the atmospheric environment red line,which can demonstrate the districts that emission sources should not be built in.According to the calculation result,it was the southeast of Bai Yun District,Guangzhou,that to be supposed to affect the air quality and health of people of the whole city most,because of it is the center of the city and the contaminant could be transferred to every direction,and population was concentrated around it.It was the most notable one of several red zones.Generally,considering population distribution,the red zones were located near the densely populated area.
