城市典型工业区域生态环境改善潜势分析

摘要 生态环境质量现状评价对促进区域的生态环境综合整治和生态环境质量的提高具有重要意义。文章基于城市生态环境状况指数CEI评价方法,开展了武汉市某典型工业区域2017年的生态环境质量现状评价,通过数据收集与处理得到该工业区域的CEI指数为69.21。通过对影响CEI指数值的自变量环境质量指数、污染负荷指数和生态建设指数讨论分析后发现,当该典型工业区域通过加大环保投资和污染物净化工艺优化改进,降低SO2、NOx和烟(粉)尘的排放强度,提高固体废物资源化利用率,优化工业区域绿化建设等措施后,计算结果显示其CEI指数值变为72.18,这表明该典型工业区域的生态环境质量具有较大的改善潜势,能够实现该典型工业区域的生态环境质量由一般状态向优良状态转变。 The evaluation of the status quo of ecological environment quality is of great significance to promote the comprehensive improvement of ecological environment and the improvement of ecological environment quality.Based on the CEI evaluation method of urban ecological environment status index,this paper carried out the evaluation of the current ecological environment quality of a typical industrial area in Wuhan in 2017.The CEI index of the industrial area was 69.21 through data collection and processing.Through discussion and analysis of the independent environmental quality index,pollution load index and ecological construction index that affect the CEI index value,it is found that when the typical industrial area is optimized and improved by increasing environmental protection investment and pollutant purification process,SO2,NOx and smoke are reduced.After the dust emission intensity,the utilization rate of solid waste resources,and the optimization of greening construction in industrial areas,the calculation results show that the CEI index value becomes 72.18,which indicates that the ecological environment quality of the typical industrial area has a greater improvement.The potential can realize the transformation of the ecological environment quality of the typical industrial area from the general state to the excellent state.
