摘要
油气处理中心噪声超标场所室内声级多为90~110 dB(A),具有噪声源点多面广、现场工艺设备复杂、治理难度大等特征,不仅给生产操作管理人员造成危害,同时造成周围环境噪声污染。文章以海南花场油气处理中心厂界噪声治理工程为例,介绍了油气处理中心厂界噪声治理方法。根据各种声源的特性,采取有效地控制方法,综合运用'消、吸、减、隔'各项工艺措施,从源头上消除和控制噪声传播。
The indoor sound level at noise exceeding places of oil and gas processing center is in the majority of 90~110 dB(A).Noise sources are many in number.On-site processing equipment are complex.It is difficult to control.Not only is it harmful to the production,operation and management personnel,but also causes noise pollution to the ambience.In this paper,noise control project within the range of Hainan Huachang Oil&Gas Processing Center is taken as the example to introduce the noise control method within the factory range of oil and gas processing center.According to the features of various sound sources,the effective control methods are employed.Technical measures such as elimination,absorption,reduction and separation are comprehensively applied to stop and control noise propagation at their sources.
