摘要
通过水培试验,研究了重金属Zn2+胁迫20 h和20 d对凤眼莲幼苗一些生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,急性试验20 h内,低浓度Zn2+处理可以促进凤眼莲幼苗的根系活力,高浓度Zn2+直接抑制凤眼莲幼苗根系活力。在处理20 d后,其根系活力均表现为降低;Zn2+处理在急性试验20 h内和处理20 d后,均可造成凤眼莲幼苗叶和根中蛋白质含量的降低。急性试验20 h内,Zn2+处理使凤眼莲幼苗叶中钙含量增加,根中钙含量减少;在处理20 d后,各处理组对凤眼莲组织中钙含量影响不同,有的增加,有的减少。结论:Zn2+处理一定时间(20 d)均可造成凤眼莲幼苗生长缓慢。
The effects of heavy metal Zn2+stress for 20 hours and 20 days on some physiological and biochemical characteristics of Eichhornia crassipes seedlings were studied by hydroponic culture experiment.The results of acute test within 20 hours showed that the treatment with low concentration of Zn2+promoted the root activity of the seedlings,while the treatment with high concentration of Zn2+directly inhibited the root activity of the seedlings.After treatment for 20 days,the Zn2+stress of all the roots decreased.Zn2+treatment reduced the protein content in the leaves and roots of the seedlings within20 hours and 20 days after the acute test.Within 20 hours of the acute test,Zn2+treatment increased the content of calcium in leaves and decreased the content of calcium in roots.After treatment for 20 days,each treatment group had different effects on the calcium content in the tissues of E.crassipes,some increased and some decreased.Conclusion:Zn2+treatment for a certain period of time(20 days)can result in the slow growth of E.crassipes seedlings.
