美国“4+1”模式的小学教师培养路径解析——以斯坦福大学为例

摘要 教师是教育活动的组织者和主要参与者,其工作性质的重要性不言而喻。好的教师是学生健康发展的重要保证,高素质教师的培养是教育成功的关键。小学教师作为基础教育之本在教师教育的发展体系中占有重要的地位,尤其在新课程改革的背景之下,原有的培养模式。
