正交设计提枸杞多糖

摘要 研究了枸杞多糖的提取工艺,考察了乙醇浓度、温度、时间、料液比4个因素对枸杞提取率的影响,并用正交设计进行了4因素三水平优化,得到最优组合。结果表明,影响提取率的强弱顺序依次是:提取温度>乙醇浓度>提取时间>料液比。
