明代福建海疆防卫述略(下)

A Brief Account of Fujian Sea Border Defence in Ming Dynasty(Ⅱ)

中国在元代以前偶有外敌从海上入侵,也存在海盗流寇之患。但从总体上说,中国之有海防应从明代开始,福建于明初洪武年间建立海防体系。本文主要介绍明代福建海防的指挥机构与驻军、海疆防卫行动以及规模较大、影响较为深远而被称为海防重要战事的战役战斗,目的是借鉴中国历史上海防的经验教训,以巩固今日的海防。

Before the Yuan Dynasty,foreign enemies invaded from the sea occasionally,and there was also the danger of pirates flowing through the sea.But generally speaking,China’s coastal defense should start from the Ming Dynasty,In the early Hongwu Period of the Ming Dynasty,Fujian established the coastal defense system.This paper mainly introduces the command structure and garrison of Fujian coastal defense,the action of coastal defense and the battle which has a far-reaching influence and is called the important battle of coastal defense in the Ming Dynasty.The purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from the experiences and lessons of coastal defense in the history of China to consolidate today’s coastal defence.
