摘要
依据胜任力模型的理论和构建方法,借鉴相关标准,编制了《航空机务人员胜任力词典》,并以此为基础编制了调查问卷,应用多种统计分析方法对调研数据进行分析,验证了问卷量表的信度与效度,最终确定了航空机务人员的胜任力模型及胜任力要素间的关系。
According to the theory of competency modeling and relative standards, aero maintenance personnel competency dictionary was compiled. Based on this, the questionnaires were made, in which the data were analyzed by several statistics methods. The credibility and validity of the questionnaires were validated and the relationship between aero maintenance personnel competency and the factors was lastly determined.
