搅拌摩擦焊接头中疲劳裂纹的扩展 被引量:1

Fatigue crack growth behavior in friction stir welded structural joints

摘要 搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)技术由于其优秀的疲劳性能和制造工艺,在飞机设计中得到越来越多的青睐。在飞机航向蒙皮的对接中,搅拌摩擦焊技术的应用在减重和降低成本方面具有优势。本文将对用搅拌摩擦焊连接的飞机蒙皮中沿焊缝方向的裂纹扩展问题进行研究。通过数值解和疲劳试验两种方法分别对两种设计进行研究,以找出其各自在疲劳性能以及其他方面的优缺点,为飞机设计者提供更多依据。 In order to get lighter w eight,low er cost and better mechanical performance in the aircraft design the Friction Stir Welding( FSW) technique has been used by many researchers due to the advantages of good fatigue performance and manufacture ability. The recent research show s that the FSW fuselage longitude joints have more benefits on w eight and cost savings. In this thesis,fatigue crack propagation behavior in FSW joints specimens is studied. Through the numerical calculation and the fatigue experiments for the tw o kinds of specimens,the results show s these tw o kind of skin panel have their ow n advantages and disadvantages. The results w ill help the designer to have a more reasonable choice in aircraft design.
