基于VMI的航材周转件两级两层库存配置研究

摘要 针对航材供应链上主制造商、供应商、航空公司周转件库存配置问题,借鉴国外民用飞机制造公司的成功经验,提出了供应商管理库存(VMI)模式下面向系统优化的两级两层库存配置模型。该模型在建模中对维修保障供应链等级与维修层级进行抽象并做相应简化。本文分两步优化,先基于单个LRU及其SRU进行优化配置;接着运用边际分析法,以机队的可用度为目标、费用为约束,面向系统寻优。最后给出一个实例,详细介绍了求解优化过程及结果,表明了本文提出方法的实用性。 To determining spare parts stocking levels of main manufacturers,suppliersand the airline companies in actual situation. Learning fromthe foreign civil aircraft manufacturing company 's successful experience,puts forw ard the vendor management inventory( VM I) mode for system optimization multi-level inventory allocation model. The models consider tw o-echelon maintenance support organization of supply chain and multi-indenture of spare parts,w hich w ere abstracted and simplifiedin inventory optimization procession。There are tw o steps to optimize. First,the marginal analysis method w as applied for optimization based on system approach w ith the system availability as the goal and cost as constraint. At last,an example w as given,and the results w ere analyzed,w hich verified the useful of the proposed method.
