基于蚁群算法的壁板钻铆顺序多目标优化

摘要 针对自动钻铆过程中,钻铆顺序规划存在不足的问题,结合蚁群算法,提出一种生成优化钻铆顺序的新方法。以钻铆效率和钻铆精度为目标函数建立钻铆顺序多目标优化模型,构造蚁群算法的计算要素,进而应用蚁群算法进行求解,并引入Pareto最优解,得到优化的钻铆顺序。通过对某型双曲率壁板进行仿真的结果表明,该方法能有效解决钻铆顺序的优化问题。 Now drilling and riveting sequence planning in the process of automatic drilling and riveting can be accomplished by experience,so the planning method has limitations.A new method to generate optimized drilling and riveting sequence based on ant colony algorithm is presented.A multi-objective optimization model integrating drilling and riveting efficiency and drilling and riveting accuracy is built.Then,ant colony algorithm is applied to solve it,In order to generate optimized drilling and riveting sequence,Pareto dominance is incorporated into the proposed ant colony algorithm to find out the non-dominated sequences.This method is tested on some hyperbolicity panel model and the result shows its feasibility and superiority.
