摘要
为了深入理解次加筋板的稳定性能,应用ABAQUS对等质量的3种典型的次加筋板结构形式进行了线性屈曲和非线性后屈曲性能计算,并将结果与传统加筋板的稳定性能进行对比。结果表明,次加筋板相对与传统加筋板稳定性有很大提高。在仅考虑线性屈曲性能时,对其中稳定性性能最好的棱柱形次加筋板的长宽比、次筋条条数和高度3个参数进行了参数分析,发现长宽比在一定范围内的棱柱形次加筋板才具有应用价值,且它存在最优的次筋条高度,使得棱柱形次加筋板的稳定性最好,这对棱柱形次加筋板的理论分析和工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
In order to understand the stability performance of sub-stiffened panel,three typical substiffened panel configuration which had equal weight were studied. Their linear buckling and nonlinear post-buckling performances were calculated through ABAQUS,and compared with the traditional stiffened panel results. They showthat sub-stiffened panel stability is much better. Just considering linear buckling stability,the prismatic sub-stiffened panel was selected for analysing the influence of the aspect ratio,the sub-stiffener number and the sub-stiffener height. The results indicate that the aspect ratio of sub-stiffened panel must be within a certain range so that it has a good stability. and substiffened panel exists an optimal sub-stiffener height. They have a reference value for the theoretical analysis and engineering applications of prismatic sub-stiffened panel.
