摘要
蜂窝夹层结构随面板厚度或芯层厚度的逐渐变化会出现不同的屈曲现象。建立考虑芯层几何特征的有限元模型,研究临界失稳载荷与失稳形式的内在关系,分析了面板厚度、芯层厚度和面板-芯层厚度比对夹层结构稳定性的影响规律。研究结果可为蜂窝夹层结构的工程应用提供依据。
The buckling factors of honeycomb sandwich structures with fixed size core were obtained with different faceplate thicknesses,and those with fixed size faceplate were obtained with different core thicknesses. The finite element models were used in the progress of structural stability analysis,considering the geometry characteristics of the core. The relationship of the buckling factors with the buckling modes was discussed. The effect on honeycomb sandwich structures stability problem was discussed with different core thicknesses,different faceplate thicknesses and different ratios of faceplate and core thickness. The results can be used in the progress of engineering application.
