民机持续适航阶段事件风险评估方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 民用飞机在持续适航阶段,需要开展风险评估工作,保证其适航安全水平能够维持在可接受范围之内。建立了民用运输类飞机持续适航阶段的风险评估方法,给出了事件风险类型的分类、事件后果严重度等级的划分、事件概率水平的确定方法,通过风险矩阵和冈斯顿方法分别确定事件风险水平和高风险事件纠正措施的实施时间。 During the continued airworthiness of the civil aircraft,it is necessary to conduct the risk assessment to guarantee their airworthiness security levels within the acceptable range. The approaches of the risk assessment for civil aircraft during continued airworthiness have been established in present analysis. The risk type of the events,the severity level of the event consequence and the approaches to determine the probability level of the event have been given. The risk matrix method and the Gunstone method were used to determine risk level and the appropriate corrective action time.
