摘要
针对目前民用飞机结构件疲劳损伤重复检查间隔主要凭经验确定的现状,引入延迟时间模型,以可靠性为约束、以费用为目标,建立了检查间隔计算模型。以民用飞机蒙皮组成单元-机体面板为例,通过疲劳损伤扩展模型得到输入数据,将计算结果与经验法结果进行对比,说明了模型的有效性。同时,研究了不同因子变化对最优维修间隔的影响。
Actually determination of repeat intervals of civil aircraft structural components inspection is primarily based upon experience. To improve the present situation,the Delay-time model is introduced to build an inspection interval computation model to achieve the cost effectiveness w ith reliability maintained as required. In a case study of units of civil aircraft skin-fuselage panels,the validity of the model is confirmed by comparison betw een the proposed model and the experience method,w ith the input data simulated by a fatigue damage grow th model. M eanw hile,effect of variation of factors on optimal intervals is investigated.
