复合材料机械连接接头抗雷击技术研究进展

Advance on Lightning Protection Research of Mechanically Fastened Joints in Composites

摘要 当前,复合材料广泛应用于飞机机体结构,由于复合材料导电性弱于金属,金属紧固件成为主要的雷击附着点,遭雷击的紧固件承受比相邻紧固件更大的电流,这就造成了复合材料接头比金属接头更容易起电弧,电弧容易损伤复合材料和引燃油箱。本文介绍了国内外最近几年在复合材料接头设计制造和分析方面的进展,重点对防起弧,提高起弧电流阀值等措施进行了对比和分析,包括衬套紧固件、导电涂层和有限元分析方法等,并对未来复合材料机械连接接头抗雷击技术进行了展望。 Lightning protection of composite structures are extensively used on new er composite aircrafts,and the intrinsic high conductivity of metallic fasteners w hich are used in aircraft construction combine to create a condition of a high probability of lightning attachment to fasteners structures. It is w ell know n that lightning currents may result in arcing betw een fasteners and the composite structure. In this paper,the countermeasure techniques of the lightning protection evolved over the years and the recent techniques to mitigate the fastener arcing are review ed in details,including sleeved fasteners,conductive coating and modeling and simulation methods.
