摘要
针对目前航空兵部队将飞行小时数作为制定飞机梯次使用计划的唯一疲劳寿命控制指标的现状,通过详细分析2种现行飞机疲劳寿命指标存在不足,从飞行训练组织角度出发,提出了一种利用现有训练数据对飞机梯次使用进行控制的指标——特技时间比例一致性指标。该指标的建立,在一定程度上可使实际飞行小时这一寿命控制指标更为符合飞机疲劳寿命的本质。
According to the situation aviation unit takes the flying hours as the only fatigue life control indicators to making the echelon usage plan of aircraft,through detailed analyzing the existent insufficiency of two current aircraft fatigue life indicators,from the perspective of flight training organization,this paper present a stunt-time proportion coincidence indicator that can control the echelon usage of aircraft using the existing training data. The establishment of the indicator to some extent makes the actual flying hours more conform to the nature of aircraft fatigue life.
