摘要
旨在解决舰载飞机FCLP任务剖面的当量寿命消耗问题。基于剖面疲劳特征分析和海军飞行试验研究,探讨了典型FCLP载荷谱编制、疲劳评估的方法,推出了FCLP任务剖面当量寿命消耗的一种算法。研究结果表明,FCLP任务剖面当量寿命消耗总量大致减半,因此,可以更为精确地预测使用寿命。另外,通过一些算例,说明了舰载飞机和陆基飞机的疲劳损伤量化比较,需要采用综合的结构参数化方法。
The objective of this paper is to solve the problem on equivalent life consumption of carrier-based aircraft under Field Carrier Landing Practice( FCLP) mission profile. Based on both fatigue characteristic analysis of profile structures and investigation of the naval flight test,this paper discusses howto establish the typical FCLP loading spectra,gives information of howto perform the FCLP fatigue evaluation,propounds an algorithm for calculating equivalent life consumption of the FCLP mission profile. The study results indicate that overall equivalent life consumption of the FCLP mission profile can be reduced by about a half with the theory used in this presentation,and then more accurate service life estimates could be made. Moreover,some calculated examples are given to showthat a comprehensive structure-parameterized method is needed for a quantitative comparison of fatigue damage between carrier-based aircraft and land-based aircraft.
