国产飞机紧固件螺钉设计选用研究

Study on the Selection of Screw Fasteners for Domestic Aircraft

通过对大量不同飞机机型在紧固件螺钉的选用进行调查,并结合航空维修中涉及的紧固件特殊拆装,对一字槽和十字槽螺钉进行比较,得出一字螺钉在飞机设计选用中的局限性,从而为飞机设计人员在设计中更准确的选用提供帮助。

Based on the investigation a large number of different types of aircraft on the selection of the fastening screw,and combined with the aviation maintenance involved in special fasteners disassembly,a comparison of a word slot and a cross slot screw has been conducted. The result shows the limitation of the slotted screw in the aircraft design and selection,and provides help for the selection of aircraft designers to select screw fasteners more accurately.
